摘  要：管理信息系统（MIS）在不断的发展。它是一门新兴的、集管理科学、信息科学、系统科学及计算机科学为一体的综合性学科，研究的是企业中信息管理活动的全过程，以便有效的管理信息，提供各类管理决策信息，辅助企业进行现代化管理。本系统以水泥销售的物资管理为开发背景，从实际工作出发，在分析目前本企业在进货、销售、库存管理中存在的问题的基础上，结合管理信息系统开发的概念、结构及系统开发的基本原理和方法，开发了一套进销存管理系统。本次开发主要包括后台数据库SQL Server2000的建立和维护以及前端应用程序Visual Basic6.0的开发两个方面结合进行的。
    本系统与实践相结合，主要是针对水泥行业的物资管理业务进行全面的计算机管理，针对在实现过程中的设计问题，特别是系统的结构、功能、特点和系统中所做的技术处理等方面进行阐述。本系统分为基本资料、销售业务、报表统计三个部分，而且本系统的客户端操作简单、易行、方便、便于管理。这将在很大程度上提高本企业管理人员的工作效率和工作性质，极大的推动其现代化的信息管理速度。

Abstract：The management information system (MIS ) is in constant development. It is a new developing , comprehensive discipline of incorporating management science , information science , systematic science and computer science into an organic whole, it was the whole course of management activity of information in enterprises that was studied, for effective management information, offer all kinds of administrative decision information, assist enterprises to carry on the modernization to manage. This system regards handing of goods and materials that the cement is sold as the background of developing, proceed from real work, in analyze enterprise this in stock up , foundation of problem that sale , stock control exist at present, combine concept , structure , basic principle and method that system develop that the management information system develop, enter to sell and deposit the administrative system after developing one set. Development this including backstage supporter's database SQL Server2000 foundation , maintenance and front application program development two respect of Visual Basic6.0 combine mainly Carry on.
This system is combined with practice, mainly manage the overall computer to the business of handing of goods and materials of the cement trade, to the design question in the course of realizing, especially respects such as the technical treatment done ,etc. are explained in systematic structure , function , characteristic and system. This system is divided into basic materials , selling operation , report form and counted three parts, and customer end of system this easy to operate easy to walk , not convenient easy to manage. This will improve the administrative staff of this enterprise's working efficiency and working property to a great extent, the great one pushes its modernized pace of information management.

随着计算机在全球的普及，随着中国经济的不断前进，中国在计算机硬件方面已经有了长足的发展，展现出很好的前景，但在软件领域，其依赖性还很强，与美国、印度、加拿大等软件大国相比差距还很大。在人员上，程序员过多，向上的阶级以及软件应用的快速扩展引发了以信息处理计算机化为标志的“微机革命”，随之而来的是以全球信息网络普及和全球信息共享为标志的“全球信息网络革命”的蓬勃兴起。
与此同时，管理信息系统（MIS）也在不断的发展。它是一门新兴的、集管理科学、信息科学、系统科学及计算机科学为一体的综合性学科，研究的是企业中信息管理活动的全过程，以便有效的管理信息，提供各类管理决策信息，辅助企业进行现代化管理。管理信息系统是企业的信息系统，它具备数据处理、计划、控制、预测和辅助决策功能。信息已成为继劳动力、土地、资本之后的又一个资源。比谁控制的信息越多，谁利用信息资源的效率高，谁就会在各方面的竞争中占有一席之地，谁就会有更多的优势。
