摘   要：在信息社会发展的今天一切都工作都在计算机系统的帮助下得到了长足的发展和进步，在学校学习成绩的管理和发布也同样摆脱了过去传统的成绩测评方式，开发学生素质综合测评系统的目的是为了能够更好的利用计算机技术来管理和查询学生素质的综合成绩。
本系统使用Visual Basic编程语言，采用Access作为数据库，主要使用Visual Basic中的Ado Data控件来对数据库进行各种操作。使用Ado Data控件操作简单，可以使用最少的代码创建数据库应用程序。而对数据库的操作，既可以使用Ado Data控件直接进行，也可以使用Ado Data控件结合代码操纵。
本系统实现了学生查询功能，学生能够在本系统进行学习成绩查询、课程信息查询、综合成绩查询、学习成绩测评结果、综合成绩测评结果五项操作。教师通过管理员进行登陆可以进行添加删除学生基本信息、课程管理、成绩管理、专业班级管理、系统密码修改、成绩测评、成绩查询等各种功能。

Abstract：Today all develops which in the information society worked all obtained the considerable development and the progress in under the computer system help, also similarly got rid of the traditional result in the school academic record management and the issue to evaluate after testing the way, developed the student quality synthesis to evaluate after testing the system the goal is manage and inquires student quality comprehensive result.
this system use Visual for can the better use computer technology the Basic programming language, used Access to take the database, mainly used in Visual Basic Ado Data to control to come to carry on each kind of operation for the database. Uses Ado Data to control an operation to be simple, may use the least codes to found the database application procedure. But to database operation, also may use Ado Data to control directly to carry on, also was allowed to use Ado Data to control union code operation .
this system to realize the student to inquire the function, the student can carry on the academic record inquiry, the curriculum information inquiry, the synthesis result inquiry, the academic record in this system evaluates after testing the result, the synthesis result evaluates after testing the result five operations. The teacher carries on through the manager lands may carry on the increase to delete the student basic information, the curriculum manages, the result management, the specialized class and grade manages, the system password revises, the result evaluates after testing, the result inquiry and so on each kind of function.

1.1 选题背景
在计算机诞生之前，人们对成绩的管理一直采用的是人工记录，人工统计和计算。例如在考试结束后，往往是教师每天辛苦判分，学生辛苦统计、核算、排名，而没有事情的同学则天天的在盼成绩什么时候下来，这种过程也往往是漫长的。这样的操作管理不但费时费力，也容易产生计算上的错误和各种疏漏；随着时代的变迁，这种传统的成绩测评有所改善，但采取的依然是人工操作，工作量大的时候，出现错误的机率也随之升高。
现代的学校管理已经有了很大的提高，衡量一个学生的标准也往往不在只是单一的学习成绩考核，现代大学生考核更注重的是综合素质的考核，所以这就为传统的考核方式增加了很大的难度，传统的方式已经不适合现代的教育管理体制了。
学生成绩测评管理系统能够利用计算机大大的提高学生成绩的测评任务，并且极大的保证了准确率和效率，学生可以通过本系统方便快捷的查询到自己的考试成绩以及综合成绩 并能够查询到自己的名次和等级。而教师通过管理员登陆也可以在后台对学生的基本信息、学习成绩、课程等进行管理。
