摘要：现今，用PowerPoint制作的课件已在教学中得到广泛的应用，但PowerPoint制作的课件交互能力差，功能简单且不易于扩展。而本文主要介绍的C语言双语教学多媒体动画展示系统不但适应了当前大学本科重点学科要求双语教学的趋势，而且能给用户带来较为方便完善的功能和更佳的视听效果。在该系统的设计过程中，本文主要作了如下工作：首先，说明了教学和多媒体结合的可行性，及各种创作工具的比较和选用；其次简要概括了系统设计的一般流程，并在分析了界面设计的原则和风格之后对在VB中实现的技巧和方法进行讨论，提出了开发过程中的重点和难点；最后给予系统性的总结，指出了有待改进之处。

Abstract：Now, the courseware made in PowerPoint has already got extensive application during teaching, but a mutual ability of this kind of courseware is bad, the function is simple and not easy to expand. At present, national Ministry of Education proposes that some key disciplines of undergraduate course of the university must implement the request for teaching of bilinguals. The C programming language bilingual teaching multimedia system that this text mainly introduces has not only adapted to this trend, but also bring the function comparatively convenient to be perfect and better seeing and hearing result to user. In the course of design of this system, this text has introduced the following several points emphatically: Firstly, we have proved how this subject was put forward, and compared and exerted of various kinds of tools; secondly, we generalized the general procedure that the system was designed; thirdly, we discussed about the skills and methods those are realized in VB after analyzing the principle and style of the interfaces’ design, and put forward the focal point and difficult point in the course of developing; finally we offered the systemic summary, and discussed the development prospect.

第一章  前  言
    在课堂教学中，一个功能完善、界面美观的多媒体动画展示系统既能够一改以往板书教学的枯燥乏味，充分调动学生的学习积极性，又能够有效地减轻教师挥笔疾书的工作量，做到鼠标一点，图文并茂的内容尽展现眼前，加上全程的语音配读和部分的视频播送，亦可用于网上教学这一正在兴起的领域。而C语言是近年来被迅速推广使用的一种现代语言，它功能丰富、表达能力强，应用面广，不少高等学校，不仅在计算机专业开设了C语言的课程，而且在非计算机专业也开始开设该课程。许多人已经用它编写一般应用软件。学习C语言已成为广大计算机应用人员和初学者的迫切要求。更值得注意的是，国家教育部提出了加强大学本科教学的12项措施，其中要求各高校在三年内开设5%－10%的双语课程，并引进原版教材和提高师资水平。如果能将一本优秀的C语言教材中英版和多媒体动画展示系统结合起来，不仅符合了这样一种双语教学的趋势，还能为其教学方面提供更加灵活的授课辅助工具。
