摘要：随着计算机技术的日益成熟，为社会的各行各业都带来了极大的发展和进步。我国的服务行业也取得了巨大发展。而服务行业中的酒店作为服务行业的窗口，其服务和管理要求越来越高，酒店的竞争也愈来愈激烈。如何在激烈的竞争中生存发展，是每一个酒店必须面临的问题。对酒店的经营起决定作用的是酒店的服务管理水平。如何利用先进的管理手段，提高酒店的管理水平，已成为酒店业发展的当务之急。
面对信息时代的机遇和挑战，利用科技手段提高企业管理无疑是一条行之有效的途径。因此，采用全新的计算机网络和酒店管理系统，已成为提高酒店的管理效率、改善服务水准的重要手段之一。
本系统采用Visual Basic 6.0结合Access数据库进行设计。是根据酒店的经营管理模式，开发设计的酒店日常管理使用软件。

Abstract ： One that is with computer technology is ripe day by day, all bring great development and progress for all trades and professions of the society. The service industries of our country have obtained enormous development too. And the hotels in the service industries are regarded as the windows of the service industries, its service and management expectancy are higher and higher, the competitions of hotels are fiercer and fiercer. What survival and development in keen competition, it is the problem which every hotel must face .
It was the service management levels of hotels that the management of hotels played a decisive role. How utilize advanced management, management level to improve hotel, become hotel industry task of top priority of development already. In the face of opportunity and challenge in information age, it is undoubtedly an effectual route to utilize the scientific and technological means to improve business administration. So, adopt the brand-new computer network and hotel administrative system and already become one of the efficiency of management of improving hotels , important means to improve excellent service standard.
This system adopts Visual Basic 6.0 to combine Access database to design. It is according to the management management modes of hotels , the everyday control of hotel developed uses the software.

随着市场经济的日益深化,各行各业的竞争是不可避免的。酒店业也如此,如何提高服务质量,提高工作效率,提高管理能力变的越来越重要了。特别是对于星级酒店,由于酒店内部服务种类繁多，不仅要完成前台的服务工作，而且还有后台的管理工作。如果没有一套可靠的酒店管理系统,单凭人工为客户登记、记帐、结帐，不仅办事效率低，而且会影响酒店的服务质量，酒店的声誉.
酒店的发展过程中必须意识到要想在竞争中取得优势，首先要提高经营管理，而提高经营管理最重要的保证就是信息技术。审时度势，针对酒店内部管理需求和酒店业的发展前景，在酒店管理上采用计算机技术，是其必然的发展规律，也是其经营管理的重要条件，开发一套适合自己酒店经营管理的系统软件也是酒店发展的先决条件。
