学生管理系统是一个教育单位不可缺少的部分,它的内容对于学校的决策者和管理者来说都至关重要,所以学生管理系统应该能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段。但一直以来人们使用传统人工的方式管理文件档案，这种管理方式存在着许多缺点,如:效率低、保密性差,另外时间一长,将产生大量的文件和数据,这对于查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。随着科学技术的不断提高,计算机科学日渐成熟,其强大的功能已为人们深刻认识,它已进入人类社会的各个领域并发挥着越来越重要的作用
本论文叙述了××××学校计算机系学生管理系统的现状以及Visual Foxpro6.0语言的概况。 FoxPro全面采用以窗口、表单、对话框和联机帮助为特征的图形用户界面的技术和操作方法，使其成为国内外最流行的数据库管理系统软件。Visual FoxPro6.0保留以往数据库管理系统功能的基础上，在系统资源利用和设计环境等方面都采用了新技术，提供了更加强大的交互式发展环境，引入了可视化增强技术，提供了大量的开发工具，从而成为当今功能最为强大、可靠的小型数据库管理系统，是开发中小型数据库的强有力工具。Visual FoxPro6.0以友好的用户界面、交互式的人机会话方式、向导问答式的开发模式，使得用户以更快的速度、更方便的操作，创建、使用开发应用程序。其中，增强的“项目管理器”是一个比其它方式更加集中、更加快捷、更加方便的数据管理工具。使用项目管理器是用户开发管理应用程序的最佳选择。
重点介绍了学生管理系统的实现过程：包括系统分析、系统调查、数据流程分析、功能设计、学籍管理系统的实现及编码、测试与安装等等。并且从用户的角度完成软件的架构和功能的设计，以确保了数据的安全性、正确性、完整性和一致性及满足用户的使用。

Abstract

Student management system is the necessary part of the education department. It’s content is important to the manager and decision-maker. So student management system could provide adequate information and quick query method . But people always use traditional manually method to manage the document . This fashion of the management has so many disadvantage ,such as , low efficiency , bad secret , born a lot of document and data with the time . and this is difficult for searching ,renewing ,maintaining . with the improving of the science and technology ,Computer science is more and more processed . and it’s powerful function is known by the people . it has been in the every domain of the society and developer more and more critical function .

This thesis described the present condition of the ××××school student management system and the general situation of the Visual Foxpro6.0 languages . FoxPro adopt to window , table ,duologue frame and on-line help as the feature’s technology of the picture user interface and operating method and make it become the most popular software in the database management system . on the basis of the Visual FoxPro6.0 keeping the function of the used database system , it use the new technology in the system resource utilization and designing environment and provide more powerful alternate developing surrounding , lead in to view technology ,offer a flood of exploitation tools . and it become the most powerful and dependent small-sized database management system . and it is the most strongly tools in developing small-sized database . Visual FoxPro6.0 make user operate , found and use developing application program . and using the item management is the best choice of the user developing management application program.

The point introduces the student status management system to carry out the process : Include the system analysis, system investigate, the data process analysis, the function design, database design, the system physics installs the project, system realization, system test and adjusts to try ,and so on .This system is designed frame and function by the view of the user .so it ensure data’s safety ,accuracy ,completeness ,coherence and using of customer .
The exploitation and the application of the student manage system may improve the school manage work.The efficiency can be a very enhance.It provides a nicer tool for the school information manage work,it turns fussy work,it will bring much more rationalization and science to the school manage work.The nicer information manage system saves a great deal of manpower and material , and will avoid large repeat work.
The student manage system is complicated ,it can write down or see about or amend information,it can print report.It can satisfy the basic request of the student manage work.It includes student's basic thing and student's login and student's result and student's course etc,it'operation expedience,and it fits many of middle school and elementary school,it fits others middling school and small-time school.It is an alone circulate's information manage system.
