摘 要：近几年来，随着计算机技术的迅猛发展，学校教学和管理的信息化发展也有长足的进步，这就要求各个环节都均衡发展，从软硬件双方面把学校建设成一流的信息管理、教育教学的平台。本文设计开发的考试管理系统也是其中重要的一个方面。该系统本着减轻教师工作负担、提高工作效率、优化学生考试的流程，增强参加考试学生的身份识别，比传统的考试模式节省人力财力和时间。
利用网络和数据库技术，结合目前硬件价格普遍下跌与宽带网大力建设的有利优势，我们基于B/S模式研究开发了试题库与在线考试系统这一ASP应用程序。它运用方便、操作简单，效率很高，现阶段虽只实现了试卷的客观题部分，但已具有试题（卷）录入、修改和查询，手工组卷与自动组卷以及进行在线考试等重要功能，也就是说实现了真正的无纸化考试，满足任何授权的考生随时随地考试并迅速获得成绩，并给出其详细的成绩分析与试卷评估，同时也大大减轻了教师出题、组卷和改卷等繁重的工作量。
论文首先介绍了在线考试系统的研究背景和意义、国内外发展状况及其相关技术。接着仔细探讨了在线考试系统中的工作流体系结构、工作流子系统的设计与实现，研究并给出了其工作流模型。
然后，介绍了基于在线考试的在线考试系统的内涵及特征，研究了在线考试系统的作用，建立基于在线考试的在线考试系统管理模型。
其次，探讨了在线考试系统系统中的网络安全问题，从安全策略和措施入手，探讨了一些常用的安全技术，并具体分析和提出了在线考试系统的安全实施方案。
最后实现基于在线考试系统的开发。介绍了开发背景和设计原则，然后从总体框架出发，分析了系统的具体目标，在此基础上给出了实施方案。在线考试系统，分析了其基本的数据结构和处理流程，给出了实现程序。最后运行系统并分析显示了运行结果。

     RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SOCIAL OFFICE AUTOMATION SYSTEM BASED ON KNOWLEDGE

ABSTRACT：Recent years, with the rapid development of network and communications technologies, especially the development of Internet technology, information technology has been the main rhythm of current society. With the ongoing advance of CERNET and computer technology, office automation  system in technology and application has developed in a higher level, which has been deemed a symbolic sign in modem society. As the base of the society informationization and government office informationization, construction and affair transaction of the community is faced with the challenge of information technology. To improving the informationization management level of community, working efficiency of skeleton unit, such as community committee, it is necessary to master all kinds of information timely, improve the ability to cope with kind of outburst affairs, emphasis on controlling the temporarily staying persons, managing the business and things and city build, supervising the fir fighting security. Thus it is necessary to achieve examination system, as which is an important tache in implementing the modernization of the information management for the government.
Firstly, The thesis introduces the background and significance of examination system, the national development and overseas of examination system along with its correlative technology. Then, the research intends to discuss the work flow system structure used in the examination system system and the design and implementation of work flow subsystem. According to the real status of management affair of temporarily staying persons in Shipai Street, work flows for all kinds of affairs are analyzed and presented.
Secondly, The meaning and characteristics of examination system based on knowledge is introduced, and the role and function of knowledge management are studied in the third generation examination system system. Then combining with the real processing circumstance of the management affair of temporarily staying persons in Shipai Street, knowledge-based management model for the temporarily staying persons is put forward.
Then the security in examination system is discussed. Analyzing the security strategy and measures and exploring the common security technologies, the security scheme of examination system system for Shipai community is analyzed and brought forward.
Finally, the subsystem for managing temporarily staying persons based on knowledge is developed. The developing background and design rules are introduced firstly. Then the detailed examination system are analyzed according to the whole system framework, and the implementation project is presented. Considering the real details of subsystem for managing temporarily staying persons, the basic data structure and processing flow is investigated and then the implementing program is given. The running result of the system turns out to be well.

第一章 绪论
1.1 引言
近几年来，随着技术的飞速发展，现在很多国外的大学和社会其他部门都已经开设了教学，通过计算机实现异地教育和培训。现在，计算机硬件技术的发展已经达到了相当高的水平。但是，教学软件的开发目前还处于起步阶段，随着这项技术的不断深入发展，就要求有更好、更完善的软件系统应用到教学当中去，这就给软件设计人员提出了更高的设计要求。
    教学包括很多环节，例如教学系统、答疑系统和考试系统等等。其中很重要的一个环节就是在线考试系统，同时它也是最难实现的环节。在我国，虽然教学已经蓬勃地发展起来，但是目前学校与社会上的各种考试大都采用传统的考试方式，在此方式下，组织一次考试至少要经过五个步骤，即人工出题、考生考试、人工阅卷、成绩评估和试卷分析。显然，随着考试类型的不断增加及考试要求的不断提高，教师的工作量将会越来越大，并且其工作将是一件十分烦琐和非常容易出错的事情，可以说传统的考试方式已经不能适应现代考试的需要。随着计算机应用的迅猛发展，应用不断扩大，如教学和虚拟大学的出现等等，且这些应用正逐步深入到千家万户。人们迫切要求利用这些技术来进行在线考试，以减轻教师的工作负担及提高工作效率，与此同时也提高了考试的质量，从而使考试更趋于公证、客观，更加激发学生的学习兴趣。例如目前许多国际著名的计算机公司所举办的各种认证考试绝大部分采用这种方式。
